Merry Christmas! — “For Unto Us a Son is Given”

I am going to take a break from posting material on “Go!” during Christmas. Following Christmas I will be traveling to Nicaragua to teach a course on mission theology and practice and serving as the Bible study leader at the Lutheran Church of Nicaragua convention.  So, postings on “Go!” will resume on Monday, January 20th.

I pray you will have a joy-filled Christmas as you celebrate the birth of God’s Son our Saviour!  May the Lord grant you a happy new year especially as you look forward to “Going” into 2014 to proclaim the Good News of God’s love in Christ!

Enjoy the following rendition of “For Unto Us a Son is Given” from Handel’s Messiah.  Like the shepherds, may we “Go!” to Bethlehem to worship our Lord and then may we “Go!” and tell the lost people of this world what we have seen and heard!
