“A Call To All to Join the Song” — President Robert Bugbee of Lutheran Church — Canada

At the end of July, nearly 600 people from across North America converged on Saskatoon for the 94th International Convention of the International Lutheran Laymen’s League. President Robert Bugbee was invited to preach at the convention’s opening worship service. He chose for his text Psalm 113, the psalm from which the convention took its theme verse: “From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised” (Psalm 113:3).
